Ambassador Rules

  1. The SQA Ambassador scheme is open to all universities in China that offer SQA qualifications.
  2. Each centre may nominate one student to become an SQA Ambassador.
  3. Nominated students should:
    • reside in China
    • have been accepted by SQA onto year one or two of the SQA programme.
    • have met SQA’s English language requirements for entry from the foundation year onto year one of the SQA programme.
  4. Nominations must be made online. No paper-based entries will be accepted.
  5. Please structure your nomination around the qualities we expect to see in an SQA Ambassador — in no more than 300 words.
  6. You must include a photograph of the nominated student.
  7. Entries should be submitted in English.
  8. The nominee will be conferred SQA Ambassador status in 2019. Details regarding date and venue will be added shortly.
  9. There is no monetary equivalent for SQA Ambassador status.
  10. SQA reserves the right to edit and use entries for public relations and educational purposes.
